HOW TO SET UP SUPPORT
PLEASE NOTE : THE SUPPORT LINE CANNOT BE SWITCHED OVER TO YOU IF THE APP HAS NOT BEEN SET UP ON YOUR PHONE
To Setup on your Phone :
Go to the following link :
tms.euphoria.co.za
After that :
Reset password using your company email address
Download the Euphoria softphone on your company phone

Login to the application using your credentials (work email and changed password)
Select the 2nd login option saying Registration: “name_mobile”

To Login on your Laptop :
Go to the following link :
tms.euphoria.co.za

Login with the following credentials :
Email :
Password :
K@!r0$2025
Then Login on the Admin account

In Order to Change the Support Line to the Appropriate Person :
Click on “PBX Manager”

Click on “Hunt lists”
Click “Edit” next to the HL-Support Section

You will then get a screen that looks like this

Backspace the current extension of the person on support

Once backspaced, click on the “Add” Button

Click on the Extension Dropdown

You can then Choose the relevant person to switch over to

Once Selected, Click “Add”

After Clicking “Add”, you will see the person’s extension appear in the Extensions to Ring area

After this click “Close”

After this click “Apply”

The support line would now have been switched over to the relevant person, Test the line to be sure.
